We offers fast and quality service by offering different methods of payment to our clients.
1) BANK TRANSFER
When you make a request, please leave your e-mail or a fax number. We send you and invoice, which is paid in any bank of your country.
Note: All invoices must be paid during 3 days period, otherwise your reservation will be canceled.
2) CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
There are 3 ways of credit card payment:
a) Distance payment via the Internet
Payments with a credit cards is made by forwarding to the site of electronic payment system.
b) Distance payment (for those who don't have an Internet access ) – via authorisation system, according to a credit/debit card photocopy (both sides) sent to us by fax/e-mail.
The photocopy must contain the following data: credit/debit card name, credit/debit card number, payment system logotype, holder's name and surname, holder's signature, period of validity.
Besides that, each client paying by a credit/debit card must send us a letter (by fax/e-mail, written by hand), stating his/her agreement with a tour/service cost deduction from his/her credit card (tour/service cost + 3.0 % for a bank transaction fee).
We accept: VISA International, Eurocard / MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club International. ELECTRON cards are not acceptable.
c) Payment in the office of our company – by a terminal.
If for some reasons, you decide to cancel a paid reservation, a cancellation fee will be deducted from the sum of your refund. The amount of the fee depends on the time elapsed between cancellation and start of your journey. Also, a bank transaction fee won't be returned.
If you paid by a credit card, you'll be refunded to your credit card. If you paid by arranging a bank transfer, you'll be refunded to your bank account. It may take about 3 week to be refunded in case of using a credit card.
