In Russia, from June 30, 2023, a new standard for the provision of services in the "All Inclusive" format will come into force. The new GOST R 70587-2022 sets quantitative and qualitative standards for the "all inclusive" and "ultra all inclusive" systems.

According to the requirements of Rosstandart, Russian beer (at least one type), red and white wine (at least three types), as well as at least two types of strong alcohol and cocktails based on it must be presented at the buffet and at the points of additional nutrition.

Guests of hotels operating under the "ultra all inclusive" system must have access to at least five types of strong alcohol of local and imported production and at least seven types of cocktails. Five-star ultra all-inclusive hotels will offer unlimited sparkling wine for breakfast.

Five-star hotels operating on an all-inclusive system must have at least four bars, four-star hotels - at least three, and three-star hotels and below - at least two.

As for food, the assortment of dishes should be repeated no more than once a week. A children's menu will be available to guests, and in ultra all inclusive hotels - dietary and vegetarian.

The all-inclusive system is more beneficial for large hotels, the number of rooms of which starts from 150 rooms. For example, in the Krasnodar Territory, there are about eighty hotels operating under the "all inclusive" and "ultra all inclusive" systems.
